NOW® Dairy Digest Complete is a comprehensive blend of enzymes that is formulated to aid in the digestion of dairy products. Intolerance to dairy is often due to the inability to digest milk sugar known as lactose. However, intolerance is also frequently related to the difficult-to-digest proteins and fats inherent in dairy products.

NOW® Dairy Digest Complete contains not only lactase for lactose digestion, but also proteases and lipases that specifically target milk poteins and fat for digestion. With Dairy Digest Complete, it is possible to ease temporary discomfort associated with the incomplete digestion of dairy products, while enjoying the taste and health benefits of them as well.
