Formulated by award-winning scientist Iichiroh Ohhira, Ph.D., Essential Living Oils provides a certified vegan source of Omega-3, -6, and -9 essential fatty acids in the proper ratio of 4:1:1. The cold-pressed oils are derived from eight non-GMO plants and seeds organically grown to Japanese Agricultural Standards. This blend provides all the good fats in an ideal balance to support whole health.

Dr. Ohhira's Essential Living Oils™ provides the beneficial fats in an ideal balance of Linolenic Acid (Omega-3), Linoleic Acid (Omega-6, especially GLA) and Oleic Acid (Omega-9). We use eight high quality oils from non-GMO plants and seeds:
