Suggested Use:
As a dietary supplement, mix 1 scoop of E-Force Pre-Workout in 8 to 10 ounces of water and drink 20-30 minutes before training. Always begin use with 1/2 scoop to assess your tolerance. Do not exceed 2 scoops per day. During your workout, it is recommended that you drink plenty of water. Some individuals may experience a harmless tingling sensation, which is attributed to beta alanine. To avoid sleeplessness, do not consume within 4 hours of bedtime.

Note: Some of the ingredients have been encapsulated for sustained release, and will not immediately dissolve when added to liquid. This intentional; drinking entire serving immediately after mixing to maximize the sustained release effect during training. Floating powder may be visible.
