Directions:
Spray in mouth twice per day. For acute symptoms, such as seasonal allergies or a minor cold, use 5 or more times per day. Use 5 days per week until symptoms are relieved.

Adults and children 12 years and over: 4-5 sprays per dose.
Children 2 years to under 12 years: 2-3 sprays per dose.
Children under 2 years: Consult a doctor.
