The active ingredients are grown naturally. For relief of occasional constipation (irregularity). This product generally produces bowel movements in 6 to 12 hours.

Directions:
For adults, take two (2) tablets three times daily, or six (6) tablets at night before retiring. As a reminder, discuss the supplements and medications you take with your health care providers.
