Directions:
Recommended consumption is activity driven: For general maintenance consume 4 Primal Amino Surge tablets 30 minutes prior to commencing training and 4 Primal Amino Surge tablets immediately after training. If you are training for a specific competition bodybuilding, powerlifting, swimming, marathons or cycling build consumption up to 20-24,000 mg per day into four 6 tablet doses. Consume 6 Primal Amino Surge tablets 30 minutes prior to training, 6 immediately after training, 6 Primal Amino Surge tablets between lunch and dinner and another 6 Primal Amino Surge tablets prior to bedtime.
