What qualities mark the true nature of a perfect protein powder? We asked this question when developing Essence. We realized rather quickly that run-of-the-mill protein powders could never measure up to the true nature of a perfect protein powder. Directions:
Mix one scoop of Essence per 8 ounces of water or milk. For those with lower protein needs, one half scoop may be consumed with 4 ounces of water or milk. Note the extra calories when combined with milk. Consume Essence two to three times per day to satisfy your protein requirement.
